This past month we have been working wth some amazing students at Park Place Elementary School first teaching journalism where we wrote our own newspaper articles complete with titles, leads, and nut graphs.

Last week we introduced the concept of comic strips in a one-hour lesson dedicated to dialogue, and on our next visit, we will turn our newspaper articles into our own comic strips.
